I'll process and ship your order as soon as I receive payment from your bank or credit card company.

 

WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

I work with a variety of global partners and suppliers, so sometimes your items might ship separately to speed up delivery. Don't worry, you'll get everything you ordered.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you want to add more items to your order, just place another order. Since I don't store your payment information, I can't change existing orders.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, some orders can't be canceled once they're placed, depending on my partners and suppliers.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, I do! You can track your order using the SHOP App.
